Great build kit, and it saved me a big chunck of money!
OK, I'm a boy, so I never got to play 'dress up' with a Barbie doll. Years later I DID get to dress up my AR build. I spent months researching all the 'do dads' that a boy could ever possibly want his rifle to have. Chief among my wants for a lower, was a Geissele SSA, 2 stage trigger, and an ATI 'Strikeforce' grip and stock combination (the grip and stock had to match!). I shopped around, and got good deals. When all of my parts were finally in hand, I was surprised at how much money my local gun store wanted for a tiny plastic bag of springs, pins, screws, and the few things I really needed, but I didn't need the grip, trigger, and hammer. The clerk suggested Surplus Ammo's websight, telling me lto get the DPMS (made in America, MIL-SPEC) lowe kit, without the trigger and grip. He saved me almost $40, and I bought him a frozen yogurt. We both enjoyed that day very much!
