Best for AR10
I have several AR-10’s and most of them are fed with magpul mags but some of them are picky and require the hex mag. They are durable, reliable and priced great.

Works great in Tennessee Valley Arms Lower
Tried ASC metal magazine and it wouldn't function. The Hexmag fits and works like a charm. Have had the same results in 5.56 also. Highly recommend.

Hexmag 20 Round Magazine
I would give it 5 stars except for the follower. The plastic is a bit soft and has issues with not contacting the bolt catch tab in a positive manner on my AR-308. Also, it seems a few thousands too thick thereby not falling freely from the magwell upon release.

I ordered one magazine so that I could try it out. It worked fine the first time I used it. It needed a little help to fall out when empty. I then loaded it and took it to Arizona. I went target shooting with family in AZ and when I got it out it only had a few rounds left in it. The feed lips opened up in the heat and spilled most of the ammo out. Now it won't keep more than a few rounds contained even in cold weather. My p mags performed much better.
