This is a Mil-Spec removable A3/A4 carry handle with a complete, installed A-2-style rear sight that is used for primary or back-up sighting.  This design has a full length clamping bar with two large, easy-to-grasp thumb nuts that allows for fast installation with instant return to zero.  These are correct height for the issue F-marked front sight.  These fit all flattop rifles, carbines and pistols with a Picatinny/flattop railed upper receiver.
