Bolts are great. No . problems. No failure to extract or lock up. Headspace was within specs right out of the box. This BCG ran about 300 rounds of .300 Blackout with no problems. My Shaw barrel loves this BCG. Locks up tight.

Compared to other BCG that I have used and thoroughly tested, these are equal or better. Only thing I noticed was the crimp on the gas port. Thought it a little light but will see how it turns out.

SAA AR-15/M16 - BCG MPI -NITRIDE
This BCG is GTG. I have several brands and types of BCGs, including a BCM, and this one rates with the best. All machining is smooth and accurate, and the nitride treatment is excellent. The bolt fits tight, but not too tight in the carrier and the gas key passed the 30 inch-pound test with a Fat Wrench. The staking is adequate and done neatly, but I prefer a bit more contact with the screws. The only things that could improve this BCG is smoother firing pins, and a C158 bolts. Had an oops with the shipment and SAA fixed it immediately. Good Customer Service.
